I am in love for 2 years we both from middle east and from different nationality but we live in same country we start thinking about the future to be together his family they need him to marry from his country but he refused us he told me his dreams to be with me he promise me he will talk again his father he don’t want another girl this happen 2 weeks ago so I am waiting the answer yes or no but he told for my friend if he talk his father he will give him same word he have to marry from his country and I am confused what I have to do sometimes they way he behave with it is not normal did I keep distance from him or did I tell him we cannot be any more together I feel he will follow his family’s word sometimes I have some feelings may be he need reason to be far from me please I need your opinion please I am tired he say he loves me in my opinion if he really love me he will face all the problem i am right?

he came from the country with an arrange marriage culture, right?? you have a problem, you cant change their culture... your boyfriend, whether he likes you or not, he will obey his parents - no matter what!!! if i were you... leave him.... and move on.

Let him talk to his father again. Different cultures have different ways about things. If he truely loves you, then he will be with you. You cant force him to do anything. If he still listens to his father and doesnt intent on marrying you, then its time for you to move on.
