Before you go that route, try this. Buy powdered milk. Take a hot bath and put 1 cup of the powdered milk in it. (The lactic acid from the milk help remove the dead skin). Soak in there for a while and then wash with a puff or a cloth to remove any more skin. When you get out of the bath, lotion up right away. This works for me.

Hi,
You might want to try drinking more water.
I am an iris analyst and also a detox specialist and most of my clients who have dry skin tend to drink not enough water.
Start by drinking 2 litres of PLAIN WATER everyday.
If that doesnt work for you, you are likely to need some extra help for your cells to be able to work better. In that case, I would suggest that you do a detox.
All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)

I have never been aware that acupuncture can solve dry skin problem. But I have been using renew cream for my dry skin and it works effectively. If you're keen, I can recommend you to start using this as well.

Unsure - Acupuncture for many causes can help stimulate various areas and in theory could help. If having someone let the oil soak in and keep coming back to it until your skin is not so thirsty for it I use olive oil (learned from massage therapy).
