In the USA the minimum age to marry is 16 with parental consent. (all states). In most states a lady can marry at 18 with out parental consent. Two states have the age higher to marry with out parental consent: NE is @ 19 and MS is @ 21.

That depends on where you live, I live in America (Ohio).
Here you can marry with a parents consent at 16. At 18 you can marry with or without consent.
You will have to look up the laws in your country or state.

A girl can get married anytime. If she is under 18 it does require a parental consent. If she is over 18 she can do whatever she wants.

I think that depends on what state you live in. But i think you need a guardians permission, if you are under 18 in many states.
