For what reason are you on a low fat diet? We need fat in our diet - especially at this time fo year!
Marmite on toast is good - and if you like butter, then try mashing up and avocado pear as 'the butter' and add the Marmite - or any other topping!
A little of what you fancy does you good! Justs remember not to eat too much of it - and if you do, then go for a walk to wear it off.
Strange diets! I hate them - eat properly and exercise- and it won't cost you nearly so much and you will be healthier and able to loose more weight.

Well for lunch, how about having an omelet with egg whites only, some shredded cheddar, and any other onions like onion, green pepper, mushrooms, bacon. Have a small banana with it.
A protein smoothie would be easier and quicker to make and will fill you up nicely.

Munch on (roasted, unsalted and unshelled) sunflower seeds. They keep you busy all day and solve the munchies.
In addition to linoleic acid (an essential fatty acid), sunflower seeds are also an excellent source of dietary fiber, protein, Vitamin E, and minerals such as magnesium and selenium. Additionally, they are high in cholesterol-lowering phytosterols.
