Rag worm, Lug worm, sand eel, peeler crab (softback crab)
Muscles, All depends on what the fish are taking in that particulare area. Spraying your bait with wd40 also works a treat.

Or any combination of the above. The thing to remember is that your bait must be as FRESH as possible.

Live Rag and Lug worm, squid, mackerel, peeler crab. frozen black lug, Feathers and many lures. it depends where you are fishing too what bait you need, ask at the tackle shop they will give you an idea

there are a few good baits you can use,sand eels, rag worm,peeler crabs and lug worm. you can get them all from most game sports shops

Depends what beach. I recomend sand crabs dug up from the beach. You can also use any squid, cut up fish ect.
