3 years ago I lost 24 pounds and I've been able to keep it off by moderate exercise and good food choices. However, lately I seem to want to eat everything in sight. I'm having trouble with wanting everything! What do you do to overcome the lack of self-restraint toward eating?

It is hard to resist good food but the doctors advice, health related issues and just the plain fact that I want to stay somewhat trim, seems to help me watch what I eat. Also, I have noticed that the more I pay attention to my exercise I seem to stay away from the fat foods.

no appetite.
stop watching the commercials on tv
eat anyway but eat food with no or few calories like plain popcorn and rice cakes, or drink water (in moderation) in place of food.

I don't eat junk food because it will bring the whole team down. I am in a weight loss competition at http://www.FantasyFatball.com
