I know what. Buy some materials and make your own hand made gift. Show her that you made it herself. That is something money can't buy and shows the effort into making the girl your own gift.

How about a best friends scrapbook pages or a Valentines Scrapbook pages. You could put photos of the two of you one the premade layout and give that to her.
