I've heard that in some part of your brain, there's this few yellow bean like thing that's taking control of your sexual wants. Can I remove them? and if I remove them, will I still grade the opposite sex by their looks or feeling very neutral? Will I still want to get married and be a father?

Listen - brain surgery in search of a little-understood substance is risky & you will end up with brain damage & a cripple.
Instead, why not accept that you will always notice & acknowledge good looking people of the opposite sex (which is ok & is not punishable) - doing so is not the same as pursuing them - when you have found someone you would like to settle down with, you will like them more than you will like the good-looking people.
Thus you will live happily together (while still getting stimulation, turn-on, food for your fantasies from good-looking people or from other good-looking people). This is what a happy marriage is & how it works.

if you remove them you will get brain damage already.. openning your skull and digging your brain and closing the skull will lead to Brain Injury... that will leave you a bit abnormal.. cause brain and spinal cord dont regenerate anymore, unlike the skin and other organs.
