Obviously somebody told you not to drink too much coffee. Ask them why? Is it a fair trade thing? You'll soon know when you've drunk too much when you get the shakes. Other than that, I can't see what the problem is. It tastes great, perks you up in the morning and bestows certain health benefits. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, of course...

Really they all hit it above. Drink up if it mentally or emotionally helps you if you think the negatives are not overwhelming. I drink it every now and then but I also drink tea. They hit all the con's really except one. Coffee contains caffiene which is a known diuretic. Diuretics are things that can make you pee alot. This means that depending on what you are doing, be careful not to become dehydrated.

Not, if you do not drink excessive quantity. Caffein raises the blood tension, and is an stimulant. It is not good in case you suffer of hypertension.
No ethical issues there. Besides, as I remember, coffe in U.S.A. (I am assuming your write from that country) is very soft, compared to the one we drink here in Spain or in Italy, or even in South American countries.

Morally incorrect? Uh. No. i do not imagine so... searching on even if you're procuring straightforward commerce espresso or no longer. "incorrect" in words of your wellbeing? That relies upon. espresso has fairly some wellbeing reward, even though it also turns into of shock for some people because caffeine is a stimulant. i recognize fairly some older those who've heart wellbeing concerns, or maybe as they drink espresso, they do decaf. i do not recognize the information of why (except the actual incontrovertible actuality that i'm getting the shakes if i do not devour some thing yet have various of espresso), yet per chance the perfect component so that you'll do is search for advice out of your healthcare specialist. in case you have not the different adverse outcomes besides feeling more desirable inspired and efficient, then what's the damage? I propose, i have examine that scholars who drank a cup of espresso did better on their checks than scholars who did not. (of direction there is area of me that thinks per chance those scholars performed better because they spent more desirable time reading and, for that reason, needed the espresso to stay inspired (and conscious).)

you could make sure you only buy fair trade coffee,
and if you are unsure on the ethics I would avoid a certain fat cat coffee chain who won't allow Ethiopia their due rights on labelling
