so she told you that she still has feelings for you but she wants to stay friends? if thats the case shes probably worried that wotever dificulties u had in the past, might reoccur in any future relationship with you and she doesnt want to end up h8in u, wreckin ur friendship or gettin hurt. i would say either gently tlk to her about the situation or try to move on, it sounds like the latter is what she would prefer tho.
presuring her will only push her away.

if you learn that going back dont work ,and you have the humility to accept it youn wouldnt let this question be living in your head.
also if you try to be a friend with an ex-partner you are playing games,and they could lead to disaster,because if you fancied the partner before you could do so again,and you only need to imagine the dynamics with this scenario to know it is treading on dodgy ground.
its very simple really,and all you really need to help you is self honesty.
