Im on MSN and when i turn on my cam, it works fine, i only leave 2 MSN programs open. But after a while, it freezes for 4 seconds, then goes back too normal again, then after about another 5 seconds, it freezes for 4 seconds again. I have Logitech Quickcam Skype. I scanned my pc, i rebooted it but it still didn't work. I have Windows Live Messenger, but i ant sure if its linked too that, please can someone help me? Thank you.

Probably server problems, when I cam locally usually no problem, but then going overseas, sometimes a lot of headaches. Sometimes, I can not connect, cam freezes, or is slow.
Then you may have to check your memory too. Do you have the max for your computer or not.

Could be a lag in your Server to the internet, or it could be MSN themselfs... If it happens ALL the time, then I would suspect your connection. Just my opinion

Uninstall and reinstall quickcam software or look for known conflicts
