I have heard good things about vitamin 'A' but cant find any food that contains this vitamin aprt from carrots. Any ideas?

Vitamin A is also known as retinol. Good sources of vitamin A include cheese, eggs, oily fish (such as mackerel), milk, fortified margarine and yoghurt.

Liver is also a rich source of vitamin A. But, because it’s such a rich source, if you already eat it every week, you might want to choose not to have it more often.

Vitamin A is fat soluble, stored by the liver, potentially toxic if you have too much for a sustained time.
foods that it is found in - Liver, sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, carrots, spinach, broccoli, winter squash, raw apricots and fortified foods like milk

Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin.

Besides Carrots and all yellow fruits and vegetables, it is also found in all the dairy products e.g. milk,cheese,butter etc.
