Perhaps he is talking to other girls to elicit a jealous response from his woman, and her total lack--outward display at least--of the Evil Green-eyed Monster makes his big ego want to crawl under a rock and die...
Or he could be stupid...

he wants you to feel jealous and to show your jealousy. some kind of way he thinks that will show that you love him and are protective of him. but guess what...if you do show that you are jealous when he speak to other women, he will get mad and say you should not be jealous...you should trust him., so that kind of nonsense you can do without. i'd move on honestly. life is too short for games like that

maybe he is the jealous type and gets jealous when you talk to other guys so doesn't understand why you don't get jealous when he talks to other girls and maybe he was making a point of talking to them to get your attention and was upset you didn't take the bait

Because she is secure in her own skin and knows if you walk out on her she will find someone else.If the man was commited to her he would not be looking at other woman and or trying to upset the woman that he loves.

When a person is sure of themself,and know who they are then theirs no need for jealousy.
This person is secure of themself,If you want a person that get jealous then it seems your not ready for a relationship.
