In powder form at the local beauty supply or drugstore. At worst ask at the local hospital. In a real pince use baby powder or cornstarch on you hair and lightly scrub with fingers then brush "clean".

build an indoor sandbox. roll around naked. stand in front of a fan, rotating yourself, 5 to 10 minutes

some use cornstarch..some use corn meal, some use powder from the drugstore or beauty supply. sprinkle it on your hair and then brush it out. suppsoed to pull dirt and oils of hair
