She will be in heat for 3 weeks every 6 months. Have her spayed, it will not only prevent unwanted puppies, but reduce her chances of certain cancers.

the female is in heat for 3 weeks one week coming in the next week ready to be breed and one week going out of heat. so if you are not going to breed get her spayed. if your are going to breed her wfaite till she is at least 2 years old.. you have to keep her away from all males.
