in the morning with an empty stomach, First because is a way of loosing fat, second, once u do that in the morning u'll burn in the rest of the day twice the calories you usually do, Why? I don't know but it's a fact, my trainer always says that.

Jogging at morning is the best option. Jogging at morning make you full freshness for all the day. And air in the morning stay fresh like fish in the water.

You should jog in the morning. If you exercise at night it acts as a stimulate and makes it hard for your body to unwind. Yoga is the only exception to that rule. Yoga tends to relax you.

Morning. Especially if you're jogging in the park, the trees and plants will be giving out oxygen. But during the night, they will be giving out carbon dioxide.

the morning is better. if you do it in the morning your body may burn more calories for the rest of the day... whereas if you do it at night and then go to sleep, your metabolismandallother body processes will slow down and you will burn less than if you did it in the morning. plus exercise in general does give people energy soit could have the opposite effect and make it difficult for you to relax and go to sleep if you exercise to close to the time tha you go to bed,

It actually depends;If you take a jog....
In the morning you get boosted for you're day.
In the afternoon, you burn most of the fat you gained during the day.
