Doctors say to drink clear juices. Cannot take Apple juice, what is left?? only white grape and white cranberry???

water, clear chicken broth soup... etc... im a doctor and i cannot for the life of me imagine why you are asking people in the internet about this... im sorry , but i think your doctor should probably explain this in detail to you...

Clear juice or clear liquids mean anything that you can see through. It does not necessarily mean that the juice has to be white. Chicken broth ( or other flavors of broth) are considered clear liquid as well as jello (any color). If you pour a cup of juice and can see the bottom of the glass through the liquid, it is considered a clear liquid
