Hello
1. Best way to choose a quality food is to check the ingredients don't contain too much cereal, it's often used to bulk up the cheap brands. Pick a food that suits your cats needs - indoor for indoor cats, high energy/nutrient food for your cat whilst pregnant & nursing etc, kitten food for kittens.
2. I feed our cats a mixture of both. Canned at meal times & keep dried food available (with plenty of water) as cats like to nibble throughout the day. Be careful with a dried food only diet as it can cause water infections.
3. Varies, but about 3-6.
4. No difference in training a tom or she, just patience.
5 & 6. Dried foods are good for the teeth & breath as they clean the cats teeth as they eat. Felix sell a tooth cleaner in treat form which my cats love.
7. A good diet, plenty of hugs & regular grooming.

1. Check the ingredents of the cat food, the less filler and by-produts in the food the better.
2.Our cats eat both dry and canned food...we free feed the dry food and give them each one half can of wet food a day.
My Vet told me that some wet food is important because it has a lot of moisture in it and most cats don't drink enough water.
3. Can't answer this, all our cats are rescued and all are spayed and neutered.
4.Not true at all...in November we rescused an 18 month old stray male cat who had lived on the street all of his life, he had never seen a litter box...the first night he was here he used the litter box within the first 10 minutes.
5. The kind of food a cat eats can sometimes have an effect on their breath, but if it's very bad the cat should be seen by a Vet to make sure it doesn't have gum or tooth problems.
6. Yes, you can get kitty toothpaste from your Vet and a small kitty toothbrush...it's not a toothbrush like we use, it fits over your finger, you put the toothpaste on it put your finger in kitties mouth and brush he's teeth.
7. Again, food has a lot to do with the health of the coat also combing...not brushing daily...will help to remove loose hair and keep the coat shiny.

1- My cat loves the brand 'Kitekat'
2- both cats and dogs need can and dried food in their diets
3- are you asking how many kittens a cat can have for the first time? I'm not sure about breeds but when my cat had her first kittens she had 7 but only 5 survived
4- any cat can be trained to use a litter box whether it be male or female .. just sit the cat in the litter box and wait there till it's done it's business if the cat jumps out you place the cat straight back in
5-maybe a mintie lol... sorry idk this one
6-The food you give your cat has essential vitamins and minerals to keep your cat healthy ,teeth, gums, coat, and bones
7-same as above ,, the food and if you wanted to you could brush your cat's coat

1: My mom would mix a bag of Iams and Science Diet together and give them a cup in the morning and a cup at night (they both lived to be in there early 20’s and that’s a LONG time for cats) She also never gave them any wet food, she said its bad for them.
2: Dry (see first answer)
3: hummm not sure what you are getting at with this one….do you mean how many babies? It all depends on the cat.
4: False, Cats are really good at using the litter box. They learn VERY early in life from there parents so you should not have to train it unless you find a VERY NEW kitten that does not have its mother. (I just got a kitten at 7 weeks old and she is GREAT at using her litter box)
5: Sometimes they have treats that freshen breath. But if you don’t give them wet food they should not have as bad as breath.
6: Yes, but I’m sure it’s a pain in the butt. They have toothbrushes for cats at any store. But they also have kitten treats that are good for cat’s teeth. Just look around all the pet stuff at any store and you can find some good stuff for your pet.
7: They have shampoo for cats (but good luck using it). If you feed them good that will keep there fur looking good.
My mom had 2 cats and they both lived until they where 22 and 24. She said the only time she EVER took them to the vet was when she first got them. They has there first set of shots and THAT’S ALL. After that she never took them in, she just gave them good food (see number 1) and they even went outside a lot. So I hope this has helped.

1) Purina Cat Chow
2) Dry food it has more nutrients than caned food. Caned food should only be givin as a treat.
3) Depends, 3 to 6 I think
4) That is BULL... yeah you can train a male cat to use the litter box. I have one and he is just fine. But I know you don't want to here it, but as male cats get older the tend to spray and the ONLY way to stop this is by castration.
5) By the the cat food and they have special treats for that as well
6) Yes there is. Pet stores sell dental products for cats.
7) Keep the cat Healthy. A poor dull coat is a sign of bad health plus grooming frequently helps alot.
