Yes, I have in the past. Such is why I have changed religions. I believe examination of one's beliefs is very important. How else can you grow and learn? I life unexamined is not worth living, and I would say the same goes for any religion.

I think if anyone ever says that at some time in their lives they did not doubt religion, then they would be flat out lying. Some things are so hard to conceive (because we are humans) that we must. For example because we are born and at some time die, we are constrained by the thought of time, when time is not a factor in the overall scheme of things. It is only because of the human condition why we are constrained by time. Yet we often wonder how could the universe have been there before time, or how come God ever existed for all time. My belief though is that when we die things will become much more clear to us.

Not to doubt ones beliefs is dogmatic...
Every day I doubt my religion.. I am Buddhist, but it is really just a philosophy of logic and questioning, and ritual to integrate knowledge and experience together.. For me to doubt is to question the validity of what I hold as my belief or perceived notion of things to be.. This doubt, with logic, an open mind, and skepticism will help one find the correct truth in one's beliefs.
There's no question whether I may be right or wrong, I'm both and neither. Both are just assumptions, and both can be given situational importance and needed to be used.. Better to ask, are your beliefs constructive or not... Do our beliefs benefit or hurt those around us.. How do they characterize us, etc...So it is very very healthy to doubt, and find answers to these questions, but check up, don't just trust the bible, koran, science to be true without finding out first... If you believe in a creator, or soul, or heaven, then do the analysis, and find out whether it is possible, and how it could come about, but never accept it when you don't understand it and haven't experienced it..
In the long run, there's 2 universal questions among all philosophies.. What is happiness, and how do I get it?
And always, compassion and love prevail...
Cheers!

I never do.
But honestly I don't consider myself religious
God shows me that He is very near me everyday in many ways.
He listens to me, His eyes are upon me, He guards my every foot step, He makes His face to shine upon me, and He pours out His blessings and favor upon me.
(Please I'm not bragging - this is for EVERYONE who will acknowledge Him for who He is)
Many choose to turn away from God
As a Bible believer, it says without faith it is impossible to please God.
