I'm 24, 5'6" or so and weigh around 230 lbs. I don't look huge or anything but I definately feel fat.

If I go to the gym monday/wednesday/friday and go on the treadmill on tuesdays/thursdays (At home) for 10 mins,
as well as change my diet (not gonna stop what I eat, just going to cut down and cut out a lot of the junk food; candy, soda, cake etc) what effect will it have?

If I lose 50-60 lbs eventually, will these things go away.

1. Manboobs. I've had these for a long time, they're definately fat (not actual boobs) because a doctor told me. I don't want to have to get surgery for them. I have increased the peck muscles under them (I can flex them like the body builders do, but, kinda embarrassing since they're manboobs).

2. Fatface. I have a chubby face. I've seen skinny guys with a chubby face and it doesn't look right.

3. Slant neck. Instead of my neck going up and down at a right angle, it goes from the bottom of my neck and slants out to the bottom of my chin

4. Stretch marks. Some Stretch marks on the side of my stomach.

the same component handed off to me when I replaced my weight help plan. It became drastic. I were given worried 'reason i have not had my era for over a month. I have eliminated the fatty meals without wondering that they are the reason behind hormone production. only try eating a balanced meal and do not deprive your self from the right food.
