Be yourself, relax, show interest by little things, it's all in how you present yourself.

This is going to be tough. I know I have just started dating after 7 years alone and its really hard work.

What I expected was to meet someone and instantly find myself involved, I was so busy missing companionship that I would get emotionally involved with each date. And only after the hundredth let down did it dawn on me, go out have fun and relax. Its about meeting people first, then finding your mate.

The less it means, the more fun you have. If you take it too seriously you’ll stress yourself over every detail. I sincerely wish you loads of luck and hope you enjoy this journey.

The answer is simple, the application is not....just be yourself. It is only a date....you spend time with other adults all the time. This is no different. Talking and getting to know someone. So enjoy the time. 2 or 3 hours out of your life and who knows what may happen. But just relax and have a good time.

Be totally comfortable with yourself, and be relaxed. I know it's not easy to start dating again after so long with someone, but you know what they say about the fat lady singing. Have fun, you go girl!

just be yourself. yeah your gonna be fidgity and nervous but he should understand that you lost your husband and your going to feel wierd ONLY because hes not your husband. dont think of it as a date think of it as dinner, with a friend and if you guys hit it off just take your time and dont go to fast because if you go to fast you may feel uncomfortable. then you might ruin a friendship or more. so just take your time and take it slow. just remember its not a date its dinner.
