I have had the same problems when I was teenager. Always been a damn skinny. The best thing to do ever is to go to the gym 3 times a week. and most important of all make sure to eat alot of proteins (you body actually grows when you in the days in between when you are resting, so nutritions are vital.. If you want to gain weight you have to train in a certain way., my favourite is something called "negativ training" basically you train heavy weihgt but you repetitions are few (max 8 times every time)
and every time you go to the gym do not train more than 45 min. intensiv (after that you will start burning fat).
Start to a gym, tell them you want to gain weight and they will make a good program for you. and remember to get alot of proteins.
Combine you training with protein powder, which you can bye in most health stores, and eal alot of fish, meat, chicken etc.
and another tip; while you train drink chocolate milk.
You body need energy, which you will get from the sugar and at the same time the sugar make you muscles take in as much of the protein from the milk as well.

You need to do some heavy weight lifting. Before working out, eat some carbohydrates to give you energy. After you are done working out make sure you get some protein to help build your muscle. There are a lot of great protein shakes out there. Eat about 3 good meals a day and snack on healthy stuff through out the day. Don't do too much cardiovascular exercises. Maybe jog for about 15-20 minutes just to get your heart pumping before you lift weights. Talk to a physical trainer.

Take more fat contents like
Oil, Ghee, Sugar, Spicy food, Fried food and etc.
Dont do more physical exercies.
If possible have Beer or Wiskhey 3 days once.
There are some drugs and injections which can help you, but you consult your doctor.
But like this way you can gain your weight but it may cause bad health to you.
So try this only for a month or as you increased 4-5 kg stop this process.
No need to worry as you are very young you will gain weight.

I assume you want to gain muscle, not fat...Start a weight lifting programme and increase your intake of high protein and energy foods...you might try eating egg whites at breakfast, cottage cheese, meat at dinner etc, all of which will help you to gain lean body mass. The weight lifting is key though, otherwise a lot of it will just go to fat on your body. You are the perfect age to put on a lot of lean body mass quickly. With a good programme you should have no problem...i do suggest buying a book that will help you plan your weight gain and give you specific dietary suggestions. Oh yeah, some cardio would be good for you too...swimming is great for putting on muscle. good luck.

Try This.
Take 2 ripe bananas and a glass of hot milk daily in the morning for a couple of months. Your weight may increase by 2-3 kg. Continue for another few months to reach your goal. Be optimistic and try to remain happy.

Lift weights, and you will get hungrier - a natural response to your body repairing the damaged muscle cells. You will look great, feel great and gain weight - I guarantee it.
Just remember that your muscles have to get sore, and you need at least one muscle "group" to be sore at least twice a week for the effect to really kick in. I've been lifting for three years straight, and I've gained 19KGS!!! and feel like a million bucks! Sex drive from hell, healthy, hungry...you get the idea.

ghee.try to take your lunch & dinner in regular
time. take atleast 1/2 hrs rest after the lunch &
