How much money do you owe????
$10.000????
$100.000 ???
$1.000.000 ???
is you life worth only $1.000.000 ?
suicide is not an option neither a solution. Tell the banker GGF (I can't write in full because it will be sensored and I'll be reported for abusive language).
The other solution you can do is go "Bankrupt" and the bankers can do nothing.
Bankrubsy will last for 3-5 years.... and after that you'll be free again.
Take care about your family.....
money don't buy everything.
Good Luck.

Since you want to restart it all over again, the talk of suicide is foolish and unnecessary.Talk to your very close friends and request them to give you whatever little they can spare for you, as a long term loan.Keep a correct account of all the amounts so received so that you can return the amounts with some compensation, when your condition improves, which it will ,certainly. As and when you get some amounts from friends, go on paying whatever little amount you can , into a Savings Bank Account.Restart that part of your business which you can do with least amount of money, such as selling the finished products or supplying the raw materials etc., Where you can count on past goodwill.Meanwhile, give a commitment to your creditors that you are restarting work and that you are determined to honour your commitments. Give priority to individual small creditors, and then to Institutions. Both these can then give you fresh credit facility .
Negotiate with the Bank where you have opened the new S.B. Account. Give them a full account of all the money you owe and request them to consolidate the debt and give you a deferred payment plan. The Bank can pay off the rest of your creditors and pay you some residuary amount as a line of credit to be used in an emergency.Once you start repaying your debts in a steady manner, and have a clear plan of repayment, you will be surprised to find that opportunities for faster payment will soon come your way. Your present troubles are the result of your confused thinking in the past about the debts.

it depends on from whom you have borrowed the money. If its just banks and cards, at least here in the states its no big deal. If you borrowed it from some guy named mack the knife, well, not paying it back would probably be considered a form of suicide. Most people have more money than they think, they just nickel and dime it away on junk they dont need, small things that add up, guess you will have to tighten your belt and dont get your wife those flowers for valentines day, and stuff lke that till you pay off what you owe.

well if you killl yourself then your just leaving the debt to your wife and kids..... so, if i were you i would file bankruptcy.... it does hurt your credit but it only last for a few years 4-7 yrs which isnt much compared to your life and being debt free after the backruptcy. but there are certain limitaions, you do have to owe a substancial amount before you can do so.. i found a website for you and it explains what banruptcy is and does.
http://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/index.php/Bankruptcy
and if you dont like this idea then you may try consolidating your dept...in the end you usually have to pay a bit extra in interest fees but it make one monthly payment and lowers it too!
Oh and dont forget to PRAY!!!! the lord does answer prayers, although he may not send you a blank check in the mail, he will guide you and relieve you worries.
GOOD LUCK!!
and say NO! to credit cards!

Suicide is the last thing to do! Well you can declare bankrupt and restart everything. Don't worry about doing that as many Millionaires and billionaires were once a bankrupt too. Let me name you a few: Elton John, Michael Jackson, Mike Tyson and the rest...
I have not seen them suicide once yet.

Suicide is never an option. So long as you have health and strength and resolve to overcome your problems, you will look back on these times and smile. In any case if you did commit suicide, we would lose one of our friends, who might be able to provide us with a valuable Yahoo answer in future. And what about your kids? Don't be selfish now! Cheer up.

Suicide is no option. First of all, it seems you have lost confidence in your ability. First come-out of negative frame of mind and start approaching the problems, positively. Take-up a job and negotiate with your bankers (including credit card banks), to re-work your re-payments. They will agree, when the choice is not for them. For short-term help, approach your friends and relatives, who may ready to help you by supporting your wife & child, till you come-out of financial problems. Do not feel shy in approaching friends & relatives, even if you fail with few of them. You will surely come-out of it.

No, NEVER kill yourself.
NO problem is worth to get you kill yourself even though it looks tempting.
you can start selling things u dun need, re-finance your household....
get your wife to get a job as well so the burden is not yours alone.
maybe can try to borrow some from friend and relatives that r willing to help.
also, i suggest maybe you can go to other country with higher currency to look for job (I assume you have a degree?) , so paying it into rupee is easier.
even doing menial job like construction worker in australia (example only) the cuurency exchange could mean a manager's salary in india.
good luck.
