Migraine Symptoms
Looking at the symptoms of migraine headaches can be a little overwhelming and not make a lot of sense at first. The list looks like:

Pain - Moderate to severe on one or both sides of the head
Throbbing - Some pain may throb, almost like the heart pulse, but on its own rhythm
Vomiting
Photophobia - Fear of, or dislike of light
Phonophobia - Fear of, or dislike of sound
Pain may be worse with movement
A traditional migraine, often referred to as a migraine with aura, is preceded by a group of specific symptoms called aura, most commonly experienced as a visual disturbance (sense the term aura). Common migraine or migraine without aura, in contrast, lacks this specific warning. Many migraine patients will experience a prodrome, a vague sensation that things are just not right that may precede the headache by several hours. Although sometimes comparable in severity, the symptoms of migraine differ from those of cluster headache.

The symptoms are difficult to describe because there are so many and not every sufferer will experience the same ones.
Migraine occurs when blood vessels in the scalp dilate and has nothing to do with stress.Only 1 in 10 headaches are Migraine and the pain is severe and can last up to 3 days. Some people get warning signs, auras of light either flashes or lines and they occur about 15 to 30 minutes before. Some have nausea or vomiting, some become very sensitive to light sound or smell. For some the pain is on one side only, for others just one area of the head.
If you suspect that you may have migraine then see your Doctor as the treatment needed is different for each individual. As it is usually hereditory ask other members of your family if they have been diagnosed with it too.

I suffered from migraine for years , I'm not now.
But it starts with bit of headace then gets worst
very suddenly.
My type of migraine(don't know if others are like me)
but I feel vomity, then sometimes I just vomit, no control,
wherever I am.
There was one time I was in a shopping ctr., in a car .

Then go home fast, to my room, lie down quickly,
no movement, no noise, just perfect silence in a dark
room, that i felt my head is breaking, it's unbearable
I can't explain it, just so severe that i was thinking I have
a brain cancer.
Sometimes I'm sick for 3days.

Don't know bout others , but that's how I suffered.

You can't be hungry, or else you'll get a headace
then can lead to migraine

an 8-10 rating in a 1-10 pain scale. and migraines are assymetrical headaches, you only experience it on one half of your head or one particular part. however, if you feel like vomiting, that is not a migraine, that is an eye problem. migraine symptoms is only one = headache. if there's more you are experiencing, you might need a CT scan, blood workup, etc. nevertheless if it's just migraine, avoiding coffee, chocolate, other caffeinated products, and reducing stress, will help reduce your migraine attacks.
