I have a four month old mini lop bunny, he is a boy and is a fairly affectionate little man. I am about to take him to the vet to get him spayed, as he has started spraying, biting and humping my arm (I know it's funny, go on laugh). He lives in a cage in in my room, it has a big bottom floor, about a meter long, and two shelves with ladders that he also sits on. He is let out to run and play in my room for a bout 2 hours everyday and I give him heaps of attention when he is in, or out of his cage. Today I was in the pet store and I saw the most gorgeous little bunny,! I don't know if it was a boy or a girl, but it was a mini lop. Would it be unfair to get another bunny and keep it in the same cage? If not, what would go better with a boy? Another boy bunny, or a girl bunny? I think it might be good for him to have to company, so when I'm at work he isn't lonely.

usually boy bunny do not get along well, that maybe something to ask the vet. after you spay your bunny. I don't know if it has the same affect after they are spayed. You may want to consider a female after you spay your male, they will get along much better.
