paying someone under the table because there collecting ssi because they have aids. All the checks from accounts come in the owners name, but has payroll cut itself a check at 10.00 an hour to cover there but. It's not right and has been in trouble in the past for the same thing.

Report tax fruad to the IRS using Form 3949-A. Here's a link to the IRS' FAQ on this along with a link to the form. You may receive a reward if the IRS recovers unpaid taxes. You may remain anonymous but if you do you will not be eligible for any reward.

Reporting this to the local police is generally worthless. Local police to not enforce Federal tax laws.
