before is better for sure
it helps you to burn fat during any other effort you do at that day
and also you can walk for 15 minutes after each meal so that you would have no trouble concerning storing any fats in your body and also it helps in digesting the food you ate in a healthy way

It is typically good to jog before breakfast or should I say before your real first meal. It would be wise to put something in your stomach depending on when your last meal. I have seen several people faint from vigorous exercise because they didn't have enough nutrients in their body. They basically weren't eating enough and thier body didn't have anything to sustain them through their workouts and boop... out they went.

So you may want to eat some crackers or something . Jog and than eat your hearty breakfast.

I do it after, but before is better since it speeds up your metabolism, making everything you eat burn quicker.Including breakfast.
