I recently stopped taking sleeping pills and have had insomnia for 4 nights. Does anyone know when I'll get some sleep?

Try something herbal such as Passiflora or Lemon Balm. Both are highly recommended for insomnia. Your system is going to take a while to adapt. It is better to come off the sleeping pills though as they can be addictive. Also, drink camomile tea as that is a relaxant.

You're thinking too much. It's hard to believe that is a real problem, but it is. Thinking too much can be counter-productive to what you want to change in your life. That is probably the source of your insomnia.

Get more exercise and stop thinking/obsessing about things in your life. Many of the situations in your life, you have absolutely no control or influence over. Let them be.

They're going to be what they are going to be without your thoughts and you'll sleep better.

You want to sleep better, right?
