let go can refer to humans . meaning a victim saying to a bully let go , or let go of me. while let it go can refer to things which is not human. a person saying a a bullying when seeing it bullying a cat... let it go. or a peerson saying to a sadden person.. let it go.. meaning just forget it.
basically, let go is usually used on humans. while let is go is on non human things like animals, stationary, memories and so on

"let's go" means come with me, or come with us, as in "let's go to the store"
"let it go" USUALLY means "stop arguing about it" and is said in anger or frustration.
