Douche is French for showering, but in general English douching is a cleansing practice for the vagina. A Douche bag is a device or pre-prepared product for doing such an act. Spraying the inside of a vagina in water and/or chemicals to clean it out. It's something that has grown out of practice as the importance of natural pH and chemical levels of the vagina has been established. In general it's mostly used as a insult in modern usage.

i do no longer prefer to place myself on the middle of the definition (i.e. a douchebag is purely somebody i do in comparison to). i take advantage of it for individuals that are impolite, condescending, and have no longer something in the back of their bigotries and narrow comments yet a feeling of self-entitlement and arrogance.
