Dumb question I guess, heh. But if you ask a woman out, what reaction do you look for to KNOW she either likes you, or doesnt? Like if you ask her to go with you to a hockey game, for example. What are good reactions vs bad reactions (and please dont say "if she says yes or no DUH!).

Well you dismiss the saying yes part, but ... I'd have to say that's about the only real sign!

Ah - I was going to say, "if she says yes, she's interested", but then I saw where you asked us not to say that. Okay, if you take her to a hockey game and she looks uncomfortable or bored, then take that as a hint to ask her what she would like to do after the game is over, and then do it. If she is talking a lot, that's a good sign because it shows she is comfortable around you. If she looks around a lot or avoids eye contact, or excuses herself a lot to go to the bathroom or other things, she could be not having a good time and might be looking for an opportunity to get away from you for a time until the date is over. Generally though, if a woman can carry on a conversation with you, using a give and take attitude, and is not acting offended or bored, and she smiles a lot or makes a lot of eye contact and/or leans toward you, that is a good sign. If she touches your arm or wraps her leg around yours, that is another sign she is interested. Twirling her hair in her fingers is sometimes a flirty gesture (or a nervous one, depending upon the woman). If in doubt, ask her! Sounds dumb, but really, many women would likely laugh and be flattered that you want to know where you stand. If they like you, they would feel good that you are showing you like them. If they are not interested, then they will likely give you an awkward answer (or a rude one, depending on the personality of the woman - sometimes we women can be mean). If you try to kiss her goodnight, and she turns her head so you are kissing her cheek, that does not necessarily mean she isn't interested, but if she offers her hand to shake instead, well, there's a chance she just isn't that into you.

One sign is where she wants to go with you. What kind of attitude does she have when she answers? Is it, "Yeah, I guess so." Is it, "I'd love to go out with you...here is my number...call me." She may not be intrested in the exact plan you are mentioning. Get to know her likes, hobbies and more. Maybe she would prefer dinner, skiing, skydiving, or a coffee. Don't be too vague. Do not limit your options. Your decision may alter her initial attraction. The first sign that she is interested is the fact that she says yes. I know you do not want that answer, but that goes without saying. If she is not interested she won't give you the time of day. best wishes....hope this helps

Well I know that when Im interested in a guy I can't help but make complete eye contact, if so she'll probably smile a lot. But if she laughs as if you were joking.... then that wouldn't be a good thing.... at least not a sure thing.

She says yes, whether or not she calls you before hand to make sure is a sign that she's interested, and wants to make sure that you two are going. Make yourself scarce, and don't be texting her all day or calling every day. Once you're actually on the date, her body language will tell you all.

Is Tinkerbell Tinked Out or tanked up. Sounds like she's been hangin' with Paula Abdul. Back to the question. If she makes the "L" sign and walks away, that would be a no. If she starts tweaking her nipples and licking your ear, that would be a yes.

Women have so many ways of showing interest it would be a long long list. It's much simpler to detect a lack of interest.
If she says no, or anything closely related to not being able to go out with you... it's a bad sign.

even if she says yes doesnt mean she interested, maybe she juz want companionship, give it a try anyway at least at the end of the day, u know ur not a coward at all as u dare to ask...

If she's interested, she'll go out with you on a date and get to know you better (and you, her).
It's the second date that's the kicker. If she goes out with you again, then she's definitly interested in getting to really getting to know you better. There are always more first dates than second dates.
