Well i don't know why anyone would 'like' it. But maybe they do it because the nose hairs tickle or bother them.

Its that sensitive feeling u get and also if u have a harry nose and hairs sticking out thats not a good sight.The first thing people look at is the hairs sticking out of the nose cause its just there.Sometimes the hairs tickles your nose and makes u sneeze.Plus u dont want snorts sticking to the hairs.

I think they like plucking their hair from their nose because it just ain't cute when you are looking at someone and all you can see is nasty hair coming out their nose.

Men and some women, as the age they grow longer hair in their nose.
There are shaver type tools to shave the hair out.
I have not known any one who plucked them.
Notice, men's eye brows begin to grow kinda on the wild side.
