I'm 19 years old and started going out with this fabulous guy. I recently met his parents and my legs turned to jelly when I met his dad. He got the same charming smile as his son but it's more attractive and I fell for him stright away. I know that he would never date me in a million years as he has got his wife and I don't want to start a family affair. I admit that I do fancy him more that my boyfriend, How can I get these silly thoughts out of my head?

everytime you think of the dad being nice or you being attractive, pinch yourself really hard in the leg. it's a pavlovian effect. soon you will not want to think about him because you will get pinched.

You'll be missing out on an opportunity with a great guy if you're not careful. The father was being charming to you because your BF is interested enough in you to introduce you to his parents. That's the only reason. At least you know what your BF will be like when he's older and has the same amount of life experience. It's a crush that you need to keep to yourself. You risk embarrassing yourself and everyone else. Fabulous guys don't come along everyday. Men are always more attractive as they get older. I thought my husband was oh so hot when we first started dating, but as he matures, gets older he's even hotter!

It is a complicated situation when you are 19 and you have feelings for older men. Ask yourself, what is it that you like about the man? Is he just good looking? Is it because he drives a fancy car and has money(not to sound rude). Maybe you have a thing for older men in general. There is nothing wrong with having feelings for people you may not be able to have a "legal" relationship with. Acting on them is another story and can lead to bad situations and run ins with the law. You are over 18, so that is not an issue. Bury the feelings as much as possible. They may pass in time. You have the answer in your mind when you realize he is married already. Have you ever heard of stories of young girls getting involved with older men? Sometimes it may be okay, but sometimes it leads to very bad outcomes. there was a situation with a girl from Long Island that got involved with a married man and she shot his wife. the wife lived, but the girl went to jail. I am not saying that you are anything like the girl I mention, but these feelings may lead to scary rages and who knows what else. Maybe it is best to not go to the boyfriend's house, at least when his dad is home or expected home. Hope this helps you.

Don't go there. You're just asking for trouble. I think that you probably should end the relationship with your boyfriend because every time you go to his house your legs will just turn to jelly when you see his Dad. Get real, you know this is the wrong thing to do. You will be hurting all involved including yourself. Grow up and do the right thing and just walk away from the relationship.

You won't be able to remove those thoughts. It's only a matter of time before you call out the father's name when you're having sex with the bf. You're in it deep girlie!

it'll probobly be hard, but maybe break things of with this "fabulous guy". it'll be the only way you could avoid his father, and your feelings most likely will go away for him.

If that means you'll still be falling for your boyfriend in 25 years' time then it might be worth keeping him.

Start thinking that your boyfriend is going to look just like him when he's his age so just be patient and hold on to his handsome self!

snap out of it, if not, stay away from the son too in case you cause a family to break up.
