Anytime you feel like it - you don't burn calories any different in the morning or at night. The worst time is forcing yourself to go to the gym when you don't feel like working out. One thing to remember is you will need to replenish your glycogen levels by eating complex carbs.

I prefer working out in the morning just because it wakes me up and it gives your muscles the whole day to loosen up preventing a lot of tightness. However if you are trying to lose weight it's best to work out after you are done eating for the day so you can burn everything off before you go to bed and all the fat get's stored.

Humm- thats actually pretty much up to you- you just dont want to eat before you go to bed. In the morning would probably be the best bet, because you have all day to stretch and walk off the 'pain' if you work yourself to much and end up with a stiff neck, leg or what not. Plus after 'swelling your muscles' you want to be able to still work them but not over load them- Example dont do two extreme work outs in one day- one when you wake up and one before you go to sleep- plus if you work out and go to sleep thats not the best thing fo r your heart.. soo yeah.. thats the advice i can give you for now

I would say when you wake up because working out can give you a lot of power to get the most out of the day!

If say the truth, you should work out right brfore you wake up.But,I would reccomend you to work out before you go to bed, probably 4p.m.,in this ways, you can have a good time to sleep and can use some spare time to work out.
