she is a girl that i know for quite a numbers of years.. i am afraid it is far too early to tell her..(it would scare her)..in the mean time..i am afraid she gonna be taken!!! HELP

dont say that 3 letter phrase directly but imply it in you behaviour, gradually, dont do a sudden change just gradually change. then when you get the feeling that she has a slight feeling that you may like her, say you like her, so she wont be creepily suprised but rather just a bit suprised.
eg. offer to help her when she needs help, give her presents to show how special you really think she is, ask her out to dinner, hang out with her more.

u wont scare her, u will only discover the truth and maybe all these years u are scare of the truth... u scare of rejection or u scare of commitment.. actually i aso scare of telling the guy i love, this words.. so cant be much of a help here.. common sense should tell not to let it drag...

even if she is taken.. there is NEVER a barrier for love. dont feel as if you're being forced to say it because you dont want to lose her, say it when you're ready.. say it when you really truly feel it and you wont be afraid of saying it at all. if she loves you back, you'll know and she'll be yours. =]

Say it if you feel it... but if you don't say it, then you'll have to sit around wondering whether you should have.
You can say it and then let her be the judge of what she wants to do about it.
