acne is caused by a combination of factors, including internal triggers that can cause imbalances inside the body, and an overproduction of oil and trapped bacteria on the outside, the most effective way to treat it is by addressing both areas. The treatment includes all natural tablets to rebalance the body, and a cream that works to clear up existing pimples at the same time .
Exercising regularly can help reduce stress and it increases blood circulation and oxygen penetration to the skin, which may help to prevent acne.
Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day to help "detoxify" the body from the inside out.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symptoms and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Avoid commercial skin products completely. These only serve to block your pores so that they can't breathe at all. The lotion or soap itself may feel soothing, but it is doing serious damage in the process.
Get some pine tar soap in either bar or liquid form and wash the affected areas with this. Rinse with a solution of 50% apple cider vinegar and 50% warm water. Pat dry rather than rubbing. Additionally, ingest at least a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day. You can add it to your apple juice or a glass of water or make a kind of tea with it by adding it to a cup of steaming water or have a salad with apple cider vinegar and oil as the dressing. This will help work on the problem from the inside while you are working on the problem on the surface.
Pine tar soap is a specialty item that might not be readily available in most stores. The best place to find it is on ebay. Just type in the key words "pine tar soap" and you will find it readily available by home soap makers. There is a business that caters to primarily back-to-the-land types and the Amish communities called Lehmans. The link to pine tar soap is included below.
Pine tar soap is an effective cleanser for all types of skin problems including acne, psoriasis, eczema, itches, rashes and even diaper rash on babies.
It is what people used before soaps grew into moisturizers and before people treated their everyday skin issues with television commercials. It's what your grandparents and great grandparents did and it worked just fine back then.

Don't touch your face!
It's sounds so obvious, but I promise you, it's true.
The amount of grease on our hands is horrendous!
We'd have to was our hands every minute to get rid of it.
So - when you pick or rub etc. - it makes it SO much worse.
Trust me - try it for a month, and you should see an improvement.
That, and a very cleansing soap - NO moisturiser - every morning :)
I used to have terrible acne, now I have barely anything.

Since I was a teenager, I've been plagued with acne (regardless of diet, exercise, sunscreen, makeup, etc.)...I've only found two cures for it:
1. Pregnancy (alas, it did not last)
2. Proactiv (expensive, but it works)
Good luck to you!

Nu Skin has a product that will help with your breakouts and will not dry your skin out at all. It is very effective on blackheads, red skin, and there aren’t any shiny effects.
It's awesome! I am on hormone pills, so my skin changes all the time and I still never have a problem.

Try this:
1.Three tablespoons of honey & one teaspoon of cinnamon powder paste.
2.Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping & wash it next morning with warm water.
3.If done daily for two weeks, it removes pimples from the root.
