How do I sell players on football manger 2006?

Sorry to be a bit thick but i cant seem to find any screens to sell the players on my squad, or interact with them, ie put them in reserves etc. Please help Me!

click on the players name, in bottom left hand corner, it says "transfer status" or somethinng similar, click it and you can choose price of player, if listed or for loan etc

ps im playing as DAG and RED, any tips on good cheap players?
