Stay out of the sun, eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid caffeine and stress, and drink LOTS of water.

Really, it works! Unfortunately, most people prefer the expensive (and lazy) method...

I got the same problem man. I'm using Pro Active right now it's workin pretty good. (by the way pro active is only 50 bucks, not that bad if you ask me.)But you can actually buy the main ingredient in it at any pharmacy over the counter. It's called Benzoyl Peroxide and get it at 2.5 strength. Also don't use any products containing alcohol as they can make your skin worse. peace

Go on a detox cleansing diet. The way to good skin is not just with using external applications. Good skin is also a reflection of what goes on inside your body. If the organs in your body are not removing toxins properly, guess what??? You see the symptoms of acne, eczema and aging skin.

For free information, here's a newsletter that I am currently subscribing to http://www.detox-cleansing-diet.com

Stop using colognes or perfumes that dry out your skin and exfoliate your skin with lotion, sugar and brown sugar. Aftewards, rinse off with aloe or oatmeal soap. Use any vanilla lotion to soothe your skin afterwards.

It's cheap. Check to see if you have a dollar store in your neighborhood.

Good luck.

Buy cheap skin products. They're just as potent, but with less ingredients.
