what would you consider as a move?

non verbal signs when they are not interested would be when talking they dont make eye contact, the shift from left to right when standing. they often will cross their arms when talking or listening.
non verbal when they are: direct eye contact (even when they glance away they still meet eyes when they come back), leaning into you, touching on the hand or arm. smiling, laughing, looking at your mouth, there are a lot more
i think the reason guys often wont make a move is because mens egos are the most sensitive things on the planet. the slightest blow off could deter them the next time. keep in mind though that there are still plenty of men who will make a move. it all depends on the confidence that they have.

I'm a guy and to answer that 70% of guys communicating is threw eye contact and body language so here you go. When a guy is interested you will notice him looking over and trying to look casual about it. If you come around him he will start to get fidgety. Checking you out is another sign. The reason lots of guys don't make the first move is fear of rejection. Putting ones self out there by making a move on a girl and getting shot down is more ego bruising then you might think. Men are trained at a young age to hide feelings and emotions by their fathers and peers, making it difficult to see when a man ego has been bruised.

Because they are fed up with women belittleing them when they do. Women should make a move themselfs nowadays.. When men ask they get answers like 'Yaaaa in your dreams.. if she is not interested. women can be extremly hurtful and rude especially when they have support from their friends, they think its a great laugh to put down some poor bloke..

think about being shot down in flames. about getting your hopes up about liking a girl, and then being told that there is no chance, or the person laughs. fear of rejection is such a huge factor, that is why.

It can be hard to tell at times if the other person has an interest.Try giving a complement that can lead into a conversation rather than just a fast responds like thanks!
