After getting my AAS I planned to work 1 year then go back to get my bachalors degree. I became very ill and had some surgeries and things went downhill and now I;m totally disabled. I would like to be in a relationship but am unable to get out and about much (I don't have a vehicle) and riding the bus is almost impossible because I can't walk all the way to the bus stop. Most dating services want a bundle(on my limited income) but I still want to find Mr. Right for me. Please put on your thinking caps.

It is unique that someone of your age is asking for advice instead of giving it. Wisdom comes with age does it not? I am disabled and my children are grown and gone and I am NOT looking for no man to bring drama back into my life and put demands on me. Why do you think you need a "mate" to be happy. There's a difference between starting fresh and starting over. You can't start over because of your age and no one can erase their past but you can start fresh and make changes. Do you really feel that trying to maintain a relationship is beneficial to your health if you have such physical limitations? I am independent and self sufficient and I'm alone and quite content with my life disabilities and all.
No, being this way isn't for everyone but to me putting yourself in a stressful situation when you are in ill health isn't practical.
