Your friends are pulling your leg. English has two completely different sets of grammar, one for spoken English and one for written English. Written English not only involves learning a lot of grammar; it also involves learning a lot of rules involving "Style." The two together take years to learn properly to a point where you are considered to be an expert.

Your question has a total of five grammatical errors, not counting the misspellings.

Buy a good book on English grammar, there is no shortcut. In about six months you will learn enough to pass test should you apply for a job that involves knowing how to write properly. Even so, you wouldn't be able pass an English test for a management job in just six months of study.

In the meantime, watch the news anchormen and women and listen to how they speak. Listen especially how they speak to people when they do interviews. You can learn how to improve your spoken English just by listening to people who know the rules. Grammar for spoken English involves a lot of rules that you will soak in just by listening. The grammar book for spoken English is fairly easy, but it is impossible to learn without listening to someone who knows how to speak well.

I don't think that you can learn any language in a month, you can acquire quite a vocabulary but with grammar it really takes time, at least six months if you are living in English speaking area, and if not it takes a lot more.
It also depends how much you have learned so far, if you have solid basic grammar maybe there is something you can do if you are devoted and tutored daily.
Good luck though

I'm a qualified EFL teacher and I can assure you that there is no way you can learn it that well in 30 days.

According to a study one can learn only 8-10 new words in a day which means 300 words maximum in 30 days. And I guess there are more words in any language. Right?

There are people who claim that they can teach you a language in 30 days but that's just a "claim" a sort of advertising. I suggest that you go to the nearest British Council and register with them. They have good qualified teachers unlike many other institutes.
