In several situations I've found that men have fixated and smile at me at work etc. etc... but never make a move on me.
Is it because they're married?

well.. if they are married, then it could explains why they are not making a move on you. If they are single, they might be shy and trying to work up the courage to approach you. or maybe they smile at you that serves as a purpose of greeting and does not mean anything. sometimes, if you want to make friends with single men, you got to make the first move.

may be u conduct urself really well & they think that they won't have any chance 2 hit on u like that in public. but babes, u gotta b happy 4 this that men don't make a move & they respect u. so stop worryin & enjoy the respect being given 2 u. b optimistic! gud luck.

No..It's because they are intimidated by you. They think you are so hott that there is no way they have a snowflakes chance in hell with you, so they dont even try because they are afraid of the rejection. I suggest you do some light flirting with the ones you like, to kinda boost up thier confidence enough to where they actually will make a move on you. Let me klnow what happens.

It's probably because they are intimidated by your radiant unequaled beauty. For them to even approach you to ask you out would be an effort in futility because you would shoot them down in the flames of rejection leaving them in an unending pool of everlasting torment. Ever think of making the first move yourself. Don't you believe in equal rights for women? As a guy, I would love it if a woman made the first move for once.

Look at their finger first. And that doesn't always stop them. Be straight forward about what u want. The whole chase thing is fun but sometimes (a lot of times I mean) the game goes on for too long and they feel it is just a game.

I don't know, but I think you should assume that it is because they find you so attractive that they are sure you will have somebody else or even if you didn't you wouldn't be interested in them. If you see one you like the look of doing it smile back and be friendly and he might feel a bit braver.

If they won't make a move, then why don't YOU make a move?!
Isn't it obvious? These guys are probably scared of rejection because they think you are totally HOT. So make the first move and then they will know if you really are into them.

maybe you have "dont come too close" written across your forehead.
Or MAYBE YOU ARE SINCERELY FRIENDLY,AND YOU DONT USE YOUR SEXUALITY.or perhaps you are warm,and old fashioned.
there may be many reasons but i dont want to speculate too much,but perhaps all the men at work are married,or in relationships, and dont cheat on their partners,because there are a lot of men who are genuine.
