The type of shampoo you use depends upon your type of hair, whether anti dandruff, long hair, thin limp hair etc.

Tea tree oil is a good shampoo for all dogs but especially Shar Pei, because they tend to have dry skin. and make sure you get all the soap out of his wrinkles it can cause a bacterial infection. you should not bath him too often. i use baby wipes just to freshen my dogs up or when they're a little stinky!

you will need a nice smooth textured shampoo to not irritate your dog ,maybe a short haired anti-dandruff shampoo to remove all dandruff in fur, this will also get rid of fleas, you can also spay the flea spray in the shampoo just in case of inching,if it a a small dog try to use only a little bit of shampoo this is in case of any left over the dog can like when cleaning himself around the house to try to use as little as possible.if it is a Long haired dog then use a long haired shampoo flea protection this is because most fleas go on longer haired dogs so it is best to use that shampooo after using any shampo for dogs you must brush them just in case of knots that's fleas could get stuck in.
good luck with this :-)

Use something that combats fleas and ticks, I found one that works great at Wal-Mart. If you are still having problems with combing them out, add a little conditioner afterward.

any gentle stuff. If you use frontline regularly, you don't need an insecticidal one
