while you are being lazy meditate on something you really want to accomplish, think of how good it will be to do this. Maybe you haven't found your interest yet.

You have a real illness.that can be treated. and its not just a woman's only thing More and more men are coming out Not as a gay.but as a man trying to live up to POPS memory. After all is said and .

There is a reason why some people things off until the last minute. It's the same reason why procrastination and a messy room or house tend to go hand-in-hand. When one procrastinates, one does so in order to hide his or her true inner feelings. And when one is untidy, or when one puts things off until the last minute, one is subconsciously trying to cover up unhappy feelings. It's all about the subconscious mind.

Sometimes it is helpful to compile a list sometime of life goals, and things that want to be changed, happy with, unhappy with, ect.. But in order for such a list to be effective, it has to be written down in order for it to work. Meditation for one hour without any distractions (no television, radio, ect.) can work quite well- - to think about one's own life in terms of where he or she wants to be in 5 years, 10 years, 20 years.

They say if you do something for I think it is 21 days in a row it will become habit. Try writing down everything you need to do the next day the night before. Then throughout the day as you complete the tasks check them off. This will help you stay on task and keep you busy. You can even go as far as to allot times for each task. Try it for 21 days in a row and see if it helps.

Give yourself smaller goals. They won't seem so overwhelming to you then. Which is really a big cause of laziness.

What's working for me is, when I have a lot to do..either setting a time limit, such as...I'll clean for a half hour, then take a break...or saying...I'll just get this one thing done.

Then I'll relax. Then *maybe* I'll do another.

The big picture of everything can be overwhelming...and just thinking of it all is tiring.

Maybe you need to say...I'll go on one interview this week..ect.

Small steps lead to bigger ones...

Are you happy? It almost sounds like you're depressed. Well, depressed or not, try getting a lot of fresh air, going for walks, and if you can get going, get some exercise. Take some vitamins. Just slog one foot in front of the other until you get used to it.

sound a lot like me. i like to postpone and do things at the very last minute. but im trying to change. just tell youself to work hard now, you can relax later. ask you yourself this question "do you want to suffer next time?" if you dont want. start working hard now.

You are probably too overconfident about your success. Just get a little anxious. There are alot of people in this world far more talented than you are and very very hard working. If you dont get off your butt right now....You will be history.

DO SOMETHING. go for a walk, and if youre too lazy, tell someone to push you everywhere. if you just happenes to fall asleep during a walk, tell that person to slap you. hard. (i know, kindda harsh)

Fall in love with someone and start your mission to make him love you back. All your laziness will disappear.
