I really need to lose weight because I don't like my belly and what is the fastest way to fit in to my sexy jeans again?

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

You might be able to lose about three pounds, but some of that would be water weight. If you want to fit into your jeans, just buy some spandex underwear and it will squeeze you in. Learn to diet the safe way through www.weightwatchers.com. Exercise for about an hour a day through walking, drink 8 oz. of water every two hours while you're awake, eat two fruits and at least three vegetables every day, and chicken without the skin cooked in flax oil or olive oil (just a little). No flour, no sugar, no alcohol, and that will help you a lot. But unless you only took one week to put the weight on, it's not coming off in a week.

There is no healthy way to lose 10 lbs in a week.

But if you want to do it you can in as little as 2-3 days. Wrestlers do it.

Do alot of cardio with sweat suits on. Make sure you sweat ALOT. Only eat 1 small meal a day. I mean SMALL. Drink some water but don't go overboard with it. When you finally drop those 10 lbs, start eating a bit more until you are comfortable and keep up with the cardio so you can maintain that weight.

to tell you the truth... there is no way you can lose 10 pound in a week. even if you go to some slimming centre the most is 3 weeks to a month. and of couse you need to have a balance diet. and exercise more. try not to eat after 8pm.

Its called Danish Diet its two weeks program..and the most you lose is about 5 to 6 kilos...

Day 1:

Morning: One toast, 2 boiled eggs, one black coffee

Lunch: Once toast, 2 boiled eggs, one black coffee

Dinner: Salad(any thing you can put..mostly green ones) 2 boiled eggs, red wine

this repeats...till day 4 or 5

Morning: two toast, 3 eggs, black coffee

Lunch: Salad, toast and 1 egg

Dinner: Red Steak, salad, 2 eggs and red wine..


It doesn't sound much..but it actually works...

also if you have high cholestrol you can benefit from this even though you eat alot of eggs..

you can lose 10 lbs on the "scale" but it won't be 10 lbs of fat.

you can drop your carbs intake and make up the difference in the cals by increasing protein and fat.

it takes several weeks for the metabolism to shift into actual fat burning mode even with a very balanced diet.
