she won't call me (going on 5 days), even after a couple messages. she kinda ignored me at work friday. I'm 20 she's 19. I just want to be friends, or at least be cool with one another. I like her, but just as a friend.
We weren't really in a relationship? so do i have to break up? or just let it go? i'm confused...

Try to pull her aside, but if she makes that impossible, call her and tell her that you're not calling her to ask her out. Tell her that since she didn't return your messages and has been avoiding you at work, that you had no other choice but to to leave this message. Tell her as briefly as possible making sure that your tone is not sarcastic that since you need to see each other daily at work that you wanted to let her know that there were no hard feelings and that she needn't avoid you anymore. Then act as if nothing happened. Of course, this will only work if she is the one who broke it off. I couldn't tell from what I read.

If she won't call you even after you left messages, she's done. No need to worry about breaking up with her. You probably won't have a cool or easy relationship again, at least not for awhile. Next time, don't date people you work with. It's way more trouble than it's worth.
