I have those small hard pimples on my elbows. I'm not sure how they're there and they're not really bad, but anyone know something to help that? Water won't help and I've tried scrubs. Anything natural I can work with? It's just like... Small blemishes. For instance, sometimes they're on knees. But I have them on elbows. How can I smooth my elbows?

Before you get out of the shower or tub, take a pumice stone and rub it across your elbows to "shave" the pimples off. The next thing you do, and you will think I am crazy, is cut a lemon in half and rub the halves onto your elbows. It will remove any remaining debris and acts as a bleaching component for the discoloration. Lemons also with soften the elbows. There really and truly works. You will be amaze in the difference it will make.

Use a loofah every time U take a shower. My mum has special tool especially for elbow scrubbing. She bought it at Stilla's I think, but I'm not sure.
Then, apply Vaseline. Lemon could work too,but don't use it on a daily basis. The sure is that just a Body lotion won't do for you.
Good luck!

I too had these little lump things on both my elbows, I used exfoliating shower gel and the exfoliating shower gloves every day, they didn't completly disappear but my elbows were smoother. So i also stopped leaning on my elbows and rolling my sleeves to my elbows and the little bumps are now gone, strange, but it worked!
Oh and a good, moisturiser/barrier cream too.

Maybe it's from resting your elbows on a desk or tabletop. If it's acne or blemishes, try a 1% beta hydroxy acid.

You need to use lotion everyday. That's the problem. You don't need to be scrubbing.
