don't worry about it. my first boyfriend was at 23, also my first kiss. everyone matures differently. you will find someone. i'm glad that you aren't running around having sex with random guys like some people.
just be yourself, you'll be ok.

okay, here are somethings to help you. First you have to overcome your shyness. Join a group or something social (Color guard did wonders for me, i used to be so shy that i couldnt read papers out loud in class, it got me sent home on a few occasions). It will take some time. But the group atmosphere will help shyness and probably open up some dating possibilities (girls sayin "hey, you would be perfect for my friend"). Work on the shyness and the rest should take care of itself. good luck hunny

Well, since your questio nwas not stated very clearly, i will just assume it is one of them, or both.
If you are a shy person and you want a boyfriend, then there ARE guys who like shy women. If you don't mind asking the GUY out, then you can talk to a crush of yours and get to know him better. Then ask him out or something.
If you're looking for a kiss, go ask your mom for one.

You are young enough that it is not a problem and probably is to your benefit though you might not believe it at this time. When you are much older you will likely think back upon this time and wish that you could tell yourself to relax with the whole romance business.

Stay that way. Shy is good. when it comes to being with Boys. Once you become an Adult. You'll get rid of your shyness. But don't rush it. It'll only cause problems, in the future.

well most guys don't kiss well anyways. i would recomend buying some electronic stimulation and forgetting about the guy. relationships are overated anyways
