Hot water. Just let it run over your hands and move them continuously and eventually it should break the glue down.
Sorry, that's really sucky. I've done it to my fingers before. Took a while to get loose.

for even though Super Glue is incredibly strong, it has one weakness: acetone.
Acetone is often found in household nail polish remover, and a small amount on the end of a Q-tip or cotton swab applied directly to the glue should dissolve the bond without damaging the skin. Be very cautious in gently peeling the skin apart as in removing a bandage from the skin; pulling the skin apart may rip the skin! Read the label to make sure that the remover actually contains acetone, as more and more manufacturers are turning away from the chemical because of the growing popularity of acrylic nails (which are loosened by acetone).
Skin
Immerse bonded areas in warm, soapy water. Peel or roll skin apart; a spatula or teaspoon handle or even a pencil will help. Remove cured adhesive with warm, soapy water (may take several applications). Fingernail polish remover with an acetone base has also been successful for removal of cured adhesive from skin.

First off, don't panic. This is annoying but not threatening. Your hand will not be permanently glued together. There are solvents which will dissolve the glue and not hurt your hand (well, they'll dry out your skin...)
Try acetone (nail polish remover) first. If that doesn't work. Go to a hobby (Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Games2Go, etc) store and buy the solvent tomorrow. Spray a little on the glue, it will dissolve in seconds, then wash your hands clean with normal soap and water.

Okay, here's a couple of things you can try if you have them, but don't get them into your eyes. WD-40, Avon's Skin So Soft, acetate nail polish remover. If there's anything else, I don't know what it is. Many years ago, I got a lot of that spray in foam insulation on my hands and just could not get it off until I started using the WD-40. I'd spray it on, let it soak for a bit then clean as much off as I could. I just kept doing that till it came off. And the skin so soft has so many uses, I don't know why they've been able to sell it for human skin. It's supposed to remove paint. Good luck. Maybe you can do a search on the internet to see if there is something else that will help remove that kind of glue.

Paint thinner or nail polish remover will usually work for something like that, but make sure to wash the it off right away afterwards. Also, check the back of the glue package and see if they have a 1-800 number or website, or even try googling it, there may be suggestions or someone who can help you there. Just try not to panic and don't pull or pick at it. Good luck.
Edit: Here is a good link about it http://www.supergluecorp.com/removingsuperglue.html and also like someone suggested below, calling poison control wouldn't hurt

the Acetone in nail polish removed will relax the glue. Soak you hand in nail polish remover or go to a hardware store and get a big bottle of acetone.

using hot water and a toothpick is the best. if you try to scratch it away on purpose, it can rip your skin off. When you deluge it with water, then the glue gets a littlebit loosened andthen you can SLOWLY detatch the glue off of your hand IN the water. You need to have your hand IN THE WATER for an hour BEFORE you start tearing the glue off.

soak your hand under some water. read the label for any tips. it normally helps if you use rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. if you seek additional help, call the poison hotline. in the past, i just ended up cutting them off... not such a good idea
