If a woman likes a shy guy, and knows hes shy, and shes outgoing will she make the 1st move? Or will she be stubborn and INSIST the shy guy do it (even though she knows hes painfully shy)?

outgoing girls usually will introduce themselves first. i dont know if they will go to step 2 though.

I would think if she is outgoing that she wouldn't have any problem making the first move. If she's stupid enough to wait around for him to do it knowing that he's shy then why would she want to mess with his head like that. I would say she will make the first move. The shy guy needs to practice on not being so shy.

Some shy guys are a huge turn off, Cuz some of them can be the worse a**holes. By that I mean extremly manipulative and hurtful towards their crush so they sabotage their chanses with very sweet and beautiful girls. Who could be wonderful girlfriends/wifes. Shy guys are usally called "nice" for a reason.

Yes no problem, in fact most girls like a shy guy,( normally )they are more caring and understanding than the other guys.

this is hard to answer. no matter how strong or bad or outgoing a girl/guy is, they always become shy and fragile when they fall in love.
